The Two Dictators

I found this picture at the Butuan Museum. These two dictators seemed like best friends. Although they had opposing ideology, both had ruled their respective countries with an iron hand.

Overpasses in Butuan

There are a few overpasses in Butuan. I think I saw two built on Montilla Blvd. I noticed these overpasses were not being used by pedestrians.
